Rock in Rio 2026 will operate a special transport service throughout all seven days of the event to make it easier for the audience to get to and from the Olympic Park, in Barra da Tijuca, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The festival's organization encouraged the use of BRT as the main means of transport, indicating the Centro Olímpico Terminal as the station closest to the event.
Due to the closure of the festival's entry area, which does not allow car access or vehicle stops, the organizers created a special ticket priced at R$ 29, which includes the round trip to Rock in Rio. Purchase must be made directly through the Jaé app, with each person able to buy up to ten tickets per day.
Three special express lines will be offered to make it easier for the audience to arrive. Line SE008 travels between Terminal Jardim Oceânico and Terminal Centro Olímpico with no stops. Line SE009 connects Terminal Alvorada to Station Morro do Outeiro, also with no intermediate stops. Line SE010 travels between Terminal Paulo da Portela and Station Morro do Outeiro, with stops at Praça Seca, Tanque, and Taquara.
