A man drove in escape for about 5 kilometres in the Lisbon area, pursued by PSP, with his vehicle catching fire during the attempt to flee. The driver was submitted to an alcohol and drugs test.
The man remains hospitalized, while the two passengers in the vehicle have already been discharged from hospital.
The incident occurred in the Portuguese capital, with the escape being intercepted by authorities after several kilometres of pursuit.
