Forneria Ceratti participated in SP Gastronomia, a festival held at Parque Villa-Lobos, in the West Zone of São Paulo, bringing their charcuterie products inspired by Italian tradition. The brand presented different combinations that highlight ingredients such as mortadella, prosciutto and pastrami. One of the highlights was the Emilia-Romagna sandwich, one of the house classics that became the main success of the event.
The sandwich is prepared with artisanal focaccia cut in half, Italian mortadella, stracciatella, truffle pasta, confit tomato and lemon pepper. The combination brings together ingredients that evoke Italian tradition in a creamy and full-flavored version. The first layer is stracciatella, followed by the other layers of ingredients.
Who showed the preparation of the sandwich was chef Gabriela Zaparolli. According to her, the Emilia became the flagship product of Ceratti during the festival. The chef described the sandwich as totally flavorful and refreshing, highlighting its combination of ingredients that evoke Italian cuisine.
