The death toll from the natural disaster in Nepal has risen to 797, according to the latest available count. The flash flood occurred on Wednesday and was triggered by a mass of ice that broke off from the mountains, causing widespread destruction in the region.
Authorities estimate that approximately three thousand people remain missing following the catastrophe. Among those missing are three Portuguese citizens, according to the information provided.
