The reason for JHC's absence during Flavio Bolsonaro's visit to Alagoas

Flavio Bolsonaro visited Alagoas last week to reinforce his support for João Henrique Caldas, known as JHC, in the race for the state government.

The president's son also expressed support for Marina Cândia, JHC's wife, in the Senate race.

However, the couple from the PDT preferred not to participate in campaign events alongside the PL candidate, which explains JHC's absence during Bolsonaro's visit to Alagoas.

The PS leader, José Luís Carneiro, accused Prime Minister Luís Montenegro of whitewashing "the chaos in exams" at the national secondary level and of "being afraid of the Portuguese people," during a visit to the August Fair in Grândola.
