The international public tender launched by the Government in the summer aims to guarantee the daily distribution of paper newspapers in Portuguese low-density territories for a period of three years. The total value of the tender is three million euros.
The company Pergaminhoflash requested that the competition jury reverse the decision regarding the data considered in the evaluation of the proposals. The company expressed dissatisfaction with how the evaluation was conducted.
The tender was launched as an international public procurement procedure, meaning companies from any country could submit proposals to provide the distribution service.
The process is currently awaiting the jury's response to the request submitted by Pergaminhoflash for the review of the data used in the evaluation of the competing proposals.
