Santarém prepares rehabilitation of municipal housing to strengthen supply for families

The Municipality of Santarém is preparing new rehabilitation interventions in the municipal housing stock. This strategy aims to increase and improve the supply of public housing in the municipality, responding to the needs of families in the application process.

The council has also advanced with new processes for assigning homes in supported rental schemes. The Final Classification List was recently published, which establishes the order of eligible candidates for access to these municipal homes.

With these measures, Santarém intends to reinforce support for families in the municipality, ensuring greater access to decent housing through the municipal housing stock. The rehabilitation interventions will allow for an increase in the availability of homes for assignment.
