The Noble Hall of the Municipal Town Hall of Manteigas hosted the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Municipality of Manteigas and the Association Just a Change. The objective of this partnership is to promote the improvement of living conditions of four underprivileged families in the municipality.
The Association Just a Change is an organization dedicated to intervention in housing of families in vulnerable situations, carrying out rehabilitation and adaptation work on homes. Through this collaboration, concrete actions will be developed to improve the living conditions of the families covered.
The partnership frames the holding of CAMP IN Manteigas, an intervention program that mobilizes human and material resources to carry out the necessary works in the homes of the selected families. This initiative allows pooling efforts between the municipality and the association to maximize the social impact of the project.
The protocol represents a mutual commitment between the two entities to work together in identifying and resolving the housing problems of the neediest families in the county of Manteigas.
