MEO Kalorama, a festival held at Parque da Bela Vista in Lisbon, presented a section dedicated to author gastronomy, where three renowned chefs accepted the challenge of cooking live in front of the audience. This culinary dimension complemented the event's musical programming, which takes place annually at that location.
Chefs Henrique Sá Pessoa, Marlene Vieira and José Neves were responsible for marking their presence in this gastronomic section of the festival. Each of them brought their own identity and culinary style, offering visitors an immersive experience that went beyond the music.
Henrique Sá Pessoa is one of the most recognizable faces of contemporary Portuguese gastronomy, with distinguished restaurants and regular appearances on television programs. Marlene Vieira, on the other hand, is a chef with a strong connection to traditional Portuguese cuisine, but reinterpreted with a modern approach. José Neves, although mainly known for his work in the fashion industry with the Farfetch brand, has also shown interest in the gastronomic universe.
Parque da Bela Vista served as the backdrop for this convergence between music and gastronomy, allowing festival attendees to enjoy concerts while simultaneously exploring culinary creations prepared by these three chefs in real time.
