Narana Coissoró, former parliamentary leader of CDS, has passed away at 94. A historical figure of the Portuguese Christian Democratic party, Coissoró was a prominent personality in Portuguese politics for several decades, having held the position of president of the CDS parliamentary group in the Assembly of the Republic. His death represents the loss of one of the most relevant figures of Portuguese democratic right-wing.
