The GNR discovered 31 foreign workers housed without adequate conditions in Bombarral, during an inspection action. The authorities identified serious problems in the housing conditions of the workers at the location.

The owner of the space was notified by the authorities to proceed with the relocation of all 31 workers within a maximum deadline of 24 hours. The order aims to guarantee dignified housing conditions for the foreign workers.

Additionally, four workers were notified to voluntarily leave the country. This measure arises in the context of the Portuguese authorities' inspection actions related to compliance with immigration and labor laws.

The Bombarral case falls within a series of GNR operations dedicated to controlling the working and housing conditions of foreign citizens in the national territory.
