The number of passengers disembarked in the Azores in inter-island maritime journeys decreased by 4.5% in July, according to data from the Regional Statistical Service (SREA).
In July, 86,648 passengers disembarked at the region's ports, coming from inter-island journeys.
This value represents 3,878 fewer passengers compared to the same period last year, corresponding to a 4.5% decrease.
The numbers were published by SREA and refer exclusively to passenger movement in maritime connections between the Azores islands.
