An armed group robbed two goldsmith shops on the Southern Bank, leaving victims in moments of terror during the heists. One of the victims revealed having lived through minutes of panic, describing having a gun pointed at her head during the incident.
The GNR managed to locate in Barreiro the vehicle used by the suspects to flee. Inside the car, clues were found that could be fundamental to identifying the robbers.
The investigation points to the existence of three suspects involved in the robberies. The discovery of the citizen's ID card inside the vehicle could constitute the decisive clue for identifying those responsible for the crime.
