The Board of Directors of TAP co-opted José Eduardo Moreira as the new administrator with the operational portfolio. The company announced this appointment today, which comes following a vacancy left in early August.

José Eduardo Moreira succeeds Mário Chaves, who resigned from the position of administrator with responsibility for the operations directorate at the beginning of August.

TAP officially communicated the Board of Directors' decision through a statement, without providing additional details about the experience or background of the newly appointed administrator.
