Oliveira do Bairro honored those who have contributed to building the municipality

The Municipality of Oliveira do Bairro distinguished several personalities and entities with the Municipal Medal of Merit - Gold Degree, at a ceremony honoring those who have contributed to building the municipality.

Those honored included Sapataria Valério, Alberto Ferreira Rodrigues, Oiacelera, Henrique Carriço, Carla Martinho, Tiago Matias and João Sousa. The distinction was also awarded posthumously to the couple Maria Teresa Grangeia and Francisco Serrenho Dias.

The Municipal Medal of Merit - Gold Degree is one of the most important forms of recognition awarded by the Municipality of Oliveira do Bairro to citizens and entities that stand out for their contribution to the development and progress of the municipality.
