The Machico Parish Council closes today, August 28, 2026, another edition of its Summer ATL. This is a project that took place over the months of July and August, providing activities during the school holidays.

The programme directly supported approximately 180 children from the parish, offering them a diverse range of activities. These included educational, sports, cultural and recreational activities.

The children also benefited from moments of contact with different institutions, which allowed them to learn about and interact with local community entities during the holiday period.
