A 29-year-old man was arrested on August 27 for drug trafficking in Malveira, in the municipality of Mafra. The operation was carried out by the Lisbon Territorial Command, through the GNR Territorial Post of Malveira.
The arrest occurred during a patrol and road inspection action, when the military personnel approached a vehicle. Given indications of the presence of narcotic product inside the vehicle, an inspection was carried out on the driver and the vehicle, which allowed the suspicions to be confirmed and led to the arrest of the individual in the act.
As part of the intervention, 115 euros in cash, 17 doses of cocaine, one dose of hashish, one joint, two mobile phones and a motor vehicle were seized.
The man was made a defendant and the facts were referred to the Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon West – Mafra.
Homem detido por tráfico de droga na Malveira
Um homem de 29 anos foi detido em flagrante, no dia 27 de agosto, por tráfico de estupefacientes, na Malveira, concelho de Mafra. A ação foi conduzida pelo Comando Territorial de Lisboa, através do Posto Territorial da Guarda Nacional Republicana (GNR) da Malveira.
A detenção ocorreu durante uma operação de patrulhamento e fiscalização rodoviária, quando os militares da Guarda abordaram um veículo. Perante indícios da presença de produto estupefaciente no interior da viatura, foi realizada uma fiscalização ao condutor e ao veículo, permitindo confirmar as suspeitas e levando à detenção do indivíduo em flagrante delito.
No âmbito da intervenção, foram apreendidos:
- 115 euros em numerário
- 17 doses de cocaína
- Dois telemóveis
- Uma dose de haxixe
- Um charro
- Um veículo automóvel
O homem foi constituído arguido, tendo os factos sido remetidos ao Tribunal Judicial da Comarca de Lisboa Oeste – Mafra.
