Municipality of Vila Real de Santo António signs deeds for 114 housing units from the former Cine-Foz

The Municipality of Vila Real de Santo António formalized the acquisition of 114 housing units on the former Cine-Foz land, in an investment of 27.2 million euros funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan. The deeds were signed at the City Hall with the presence of president Álvaro Araújo and the president of IHRU. This acquisition is part of the municipal strategy to strengthen public housing, which has already included 70, 29, and 7 units in previous phases, in addition to 372 rehabilitated housing units.
