Secretaries donate to Rafael Fonteles campaign; see list

The government of Piauí, under the management of Governor Wellington Dias, had state secretaries who made donations to Rafael Fonteles' campaign for state governor. The donations were registered in the Electoral Justice system, following the transparency and accountability rules required by Brazilian legislation for political campaigns. The list of donor secretaries was made available for public consultation. Rafael Fonteles is a candidate for governor of Piauí by the PT, the same party to which Wellington Dias is affiliated.
