Odemira Town Hall launches competition for the allocation of two dwellings

Odemira Town Hall has launched a competition for the allocation of two municipal dwellings under a supported rental scheme. These are two dwellings with T3 typology, one located in Longueira and the other in Odemira. The competition for the dwelling in Longueira runs until 17 September, while the procedure for the dwelling in Odemira ends on 1 October.

A Câmara de Odemira tem a decorrer o concurso para a atribuição de dois fogos municipais, em regime de arrendamento apoiado.

De acordo com o município, trata-se de duas habitações de tipologia T3, uma localizada na Longueira e outra em Odemira.

No caso da habitação na Longueira, o concurso decorre até 17 de Setembro, enquanto em Odemira o procedimento termina a 1 de outubro.

Albergaria-A-Velha: Agreement signed with landowners of land covered by future 'City Park'

The municipality of Albergaria-A-Velha celebrated an agreement with a family owning rustic land essential for the construction of the future City Park, a green corridor located next to Largo dos Chorões. The agreement provides for the payment of almost 210 thousand euros for an area of 17,512 square meters. The park, with approximately 3.7 hectares, will be situated north of the city center and will include paths, functional spaces, balanced ecosystems and about 120 trees of various species, such as silver birch, ash and pedunculate oak, as well as herbaceous plants such as lavender and rosemary, offering the population a green space of landscape and social value.

'Imovirtual Barometer': Average selling price in Aveiro declining

The Imovirtual Barometer reveals that the average price of properties for sale in Portugal remained at 430,000 euros in August, while rental remained at 1,300 euros per month. The Centro region leads the price increase for sales with +14.6% compared to the previous year, with Coimbra registering one of the most expressive developments (17%).
