A mudslide hit on Wednesday, the 26th, the border region between Nepal and Tibet, leaving people missing. The landslide, which reportedly originated from the Nepali side, left a layer of mud that in some points reaches up to 2 meters in depth. Composed of a wave of water, ice, sands and rocks, the avalanche went down through the Trishuli and Bhote Koshi rivers, reaching areas near the border between the two territories. Due to the mountainous nature of the region, much of it remains isolated, and information arrives slowly, making it difficult to assess the full extent of the damage and the number of victims.
The GNR managed to recover a stolen vehicle that had been used in two jewelry store robberies in the Lisbon area. The suspects fled the scene, but left a clue inside the vehicle that allowed the GNR to track it down. The car in question had been stolen a week earlier in Almada, in the Setúbal district.

The man who ran over 16 people in Albufeira appeared before the judge for the second consecutive day and chose not to make a statement. The suspect was placed in preventive detention and awaits trial in Silves prison.
