Santander opens 2,500 vacancies in free training to work in the financial market

extra15 September 2026 at 18:31

Santander opened registrations for the second edition of the Financial Certifications 2026 program, which will train 2,500 professionals to work in the financial market. The program offers CPA, C-Pro R, and C-Pro certifications, all recognized by the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (Anbima).

The training is aimed at those who wish to work in the distribution of investment products and is offered free of charge through the global Santander Open Academy platform. The program is intended for people over 18 years of age, regardless of whether they are customers or non-customers of the bank.

To register, interested parties must access the available link and, at the time of registration, will be submitted to a general knowledge test. The vacancies are limited and the selection of participants is based on this initial test.

At the end of the training, the 250 scholarship students with the best performance will receive the payment of their Anbima certification exam fee by Santander, encouraging the completion and professional qualification of the participants.

Why this matters

The offer of 2,500 free vacancies represents an accessible opportunity for Brazilians who want to enter or qualify in the financial market, with no initial cost, with certification recognized by the sector. The 250 best-ranked candidates will also have the advantage of having their Anbima exam fee financed by the bank, which significantly reduces the barrier to entry in the financial career.

Buying a used car? These signs can reveal it was already a TVDE

When buying a used car in Portugal, it is important to know how to identify if the vehicle was previously used as a TVDE (Uber, Bolt), as it may have accumulated more wear and tear than it appears. The main signs include high mileage compared to the car's age, inspections more frequent than normal (TVDE vehicles undergo annual inspection from the first year), unusual wear on rear seats and door handles, marks on the windscreen from mounts or cameras, and traces of old stickers. The law approved in 2026 reinforces the identification of these vehicles with anti-fraud elements. A former TVDE vehicle is not necessarily a bad purchase, but the buyer should adjust the price and condition assessment, always requesting the complete documentary history and an independent mechanical evaluation before closing the deal.

The neighboring country reduced fuel taxes more aggressively and maintains lower prices, despite having reversed part of the extraordinary measures. Several other European countries have also been losing tax revenue in an attempt to curb the escalation of prices at the pumps.
