Three judokas from Coimbra were called up to participate in the Spain Super Cup. The selected athletes are Sofia Gaspar, Joana Moreira and Davi Monteiro, who will represent the Portuguese national team in the competition.
The participation of the three athletes represents recognition of the work developed in judo practiced in Coimbra, with the judokas having been chosen to join the Portuguese team at the international event.
The Portuguese judo team will now participate in the Spain Super Cup with a group of athletes that includes the three representatives from the Coimbra club, demonstrating the quality of national judo in this region.
