MFA Legal & Tech Bets on New Indirect Taxation Area

MFA Legal & Tech has created a new area dedicated to indirect taxation, focusing on VAT, Customs Law and Special Contributions. This area will be coordinated by Rita Simão Luís, the most recent hire of the law firm, together with Bárbara Miragaia, senior associate of the Tax Law team.

Throughout her career, the lawyer also held positions as Deputy and Chief of Cabinet, in substitution, of the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs.
