In addition to the proposed base salary, Fesap demands a minimum increase of 6.5% for public sector employees' salaries in 2027. This demand comes as part of the negotiations with the Government for the next salary cycle.

In other words, Fesap intends for the Government to exceed the values established in the collective agreement that regulates salary increases in the public sector.
