Fesap (Public Administration Trade Union Federation) revealed that it will propose a public sector minimum salary of 1050 euros for 2027. This demand arises in the context of salary negotiations for the public administration.
Fesap's proposal is higher than the value planned in the pluriannual agreement that was signed at the beginning of the year. In other words, the trade union federation intends to go beyond what was established in that medium-term agreement.
In addition to the minimum salary, Fesap also advocates for an increase in the meal allowance to ten euros. This is another of its main claims in negotiations with the government.
The federation presented these positions within the scope of salary negotiations for the public sector, seeking better conditions for public administration workers.
