PSD-M is holding its parliamentary sessions, dedicating one of the panels to cooperative and private housing. The second panel brought together deputies Tomé Brazão, Ricardo Miranda and Pedro Paixão to discuss ways to increase housing supply.
During the debate, topics such as the need to make investment more attractive and the simplification of licensing processes were addressed. These issues were identified as fundamental to boost the housing sector.
The party advocates that private and cooperative investment is essential to meet the growing demand for housing. This position comes in the context of the parliamentary sessions taking place in various regions.
