Rita Simão Luis transitioned from Vieira de Almeida and possesses extensive experience in tax advisory and litigation, with special focus on indirect taxation, including VAT, excise duties and customs law in Portugal and Portuguese-speaking Africa.
Throughout her career, Rita Simão Luis has advised large national and international groups in the financial, real estate, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and energy sectors on highly complex projects, M&A operations and infrastructure developments.
