Colleagues of singer Lazinho, from the Olodum group, have been showing solidarity to the artist on social media after the death of his son. On Monday (14th), around 1am, Inaie Araújo dos Santos suffered a motorcycle accident on the BR-324 highway, in Salvador (BA), and couldn't overcome his health complications. He was 39 years old.
Artists such as Carlinhos Brown, Fran Gil, José Gil (member of the group Gilsons), and actress and presenter Rita Batista made posts on their digital profiles, sending messages of support to the singer.
Carlinhos Brown wrote "My condolences" in his Instagram post. Fran Gil commented "Strength, family! Master Lazinho, all the love in the world!". José Gil also sent words of comfort to the Bahian artist. The group Gilsons recently performed together with Olodum at Rock in Rio.
