The Folk Group and Cultural of Rinchoa – Sintra promotes on Saturday, September 19, the 42nd edition of its Folk Festival. The event takes place at the auditorium of the Church of Nossa Senhora da Paz, in Rio de Mouro, with free entry.

The program begins at 8:30 PM with a parade of participating groups through the streets of Rio de Mouro, followed by the official start of the festival at 9:00 PM.

In addition to the host group, this edition features the Grupo de Bombos das Mercês (Sintra), the Rancho Folclórico Serra do Ceira (Góis), the Grupo de Danças e Cantares Montes da Senhora (Proença-a-Nova) and the Rancho Folclórico e Etnográfico da Casa do Povo de Maçãs (Leiria).
