The media outlets Valor, O Globo and CBN hold this Tuesday (15th) a debate among the economic spokespeople of the main candidates for President of the Republic. The event will be held at CBN studios, from 2 PM to 4 PM, and will be broadcast simultaneously on Valor's website and on the YouTube channels of all three outlets.
The economic spokespeople of the six best-placed candidates in the most recent Quaest poll were invited to participate: Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT),Flávio Bolsonaro (PL), Augusto Cury (Avante), Ronaldo Caiado (PSD), Renan Santos (Missão) and Romeu Zema (Novo).
The debate will focus on five main themes: public accounts, inflation and interest rates, tax reform, productivity and the impact on the Brazilian economy of tariffs imposed by the United States. The discussion of these topics aims to allow voters to better understand the economic agenda of each presidential candidate.
