The Federal Public Ministry charged former state deputy Thiego Raimundo de Oliveira Santos, known as TH Joias, for his role with Red Command (CV). TH Joias is accused of being part of a criminal organization specialized in acquiring large volumes of weapons, antidrone equipment and drugs wholesale.
In addition to leaking information about police operations, TH Joias brokered weapons negotiations. He even made video demonstrations of a weapon designed to shoot down drones, which was sold to trafficker Luciano Martiniano da Silva, known as Pezão, from Complexo do Alemão.
TH Joias's gang also conducted business with two other criminal factions: Amigos dos Amigos (ADA) and Terceiro Comando Puro (TCP), expanding the scope of their illegal activities.
