The Viseu restaurant Virgínia A Tal Francesinha closed its doors during a period of construction and reopens today with a totally renewed image. The space was the subject of a complete renovation that aimed to improve conditions for both customers and the house team.
The restaurant's kitchen was expanded, allowing for greater preparation capacity and more efficient service operation. The interior space was also renovated, now offering a more modern and comfortable environment for customers.
Despite the structural improvements, the iconic recipe of the house's francesinha remains unchanged. The dish maintains its well-defined Beira identity, continuing to be the specialty and star of the restaurant.
The dining experience now promises to be even better, combining the traditional quality of the main dish with a renovated space and a more modern kitchen, seeking to please both regular customers and new visitors.
