Residents of Nova Iguaçu will have access to free legal guidance during the 1st Black Roses Race and Walk 2026, next Saturday, the 19th. The action will take place from 9am to 12pm, at Skate Square, and is the result of a partnership between the Legal Practice Center (NPJ) from Afya Unigranrio Nova Iguaçu and the Women's Secretariat of Nova Iguaçu.
The NPJ will be present with law students and professors, who will offer information about rights and legal services to the population. The initiative is part of the "NPJ Comes to You" project, which aims to bring legal practice to shared spaces and community activities.
According to the article, the action aims to bring legal services closer to the population and expand access to information about rights. In addition to contributing to access to information and citizenship, the activity also integrates into the practical training of law students, allowing them to have direct contact with different community demands.
