Flávio Bolsonaro filed on Monday (14) a request for Supreme Federal Court (STF) minister Flávio Dino to completely lift the secrecy of the case files dealing with Dark Horse film financing. The candidate's defense argues that the partial publicity determined by the minister ends up bringing "an incomplete photograph of the investigation" and may result in selective versions of the case.
The request involves two different actions pending at the STF. On Monday, Dino had determined the lifting of secrecy of all material that came from São Paulo's Justice, related to an inquiry by the Civil Police about the allocation of parliamentary amendments to an NGO linked to Karina Gama, producer of the Dark Horse film.
According to the defense, this measure only reached part of the investigations. Therefore, the lawyers request that another process, derived from a broader action reported by Minister Dino himself, also be included in the lifting of secrecy. The defense argues that both processes deal with connected issues and that complete transparency is necessary to guarantee a comprehensive view of the facts under investigation.
