Seven in ten voters (67%) say the crisis at the Supreme Federal Court (STF) stemming from the Master scandal does not influence their vote for president, according to Quaest research released this Monday. Another 22% say the crisis reinforces their current candidate choice, while 7% point out that the case makes them consider changing their vote. Only 4% did not know how to answer or did not respond.
The crisis at the STF escalated after a Federal Police report listed a set of 52 messages sent by banker Daniel Vorcaro to Justice Alexandre de Moraes. The survey indicates that 73% of voters are aware of this situation, while 23% are unaware of the case.
Regarding knowledge about the scandal involving Vorcaro, 48% of voters assess they are well-informed, 27% know about the case but do not follow the updated news, and 25% do not know about the scandal.
