A Quaest poll released this Monday revealed that 37% of respondents consider that Supreme Court minister André Mendonça is the one who has acted correctly in the current clash with minister Alexandre de Moraes. Another 16% responded that Moraes is the one who acts correctly in the conflict with Mendonça. The survey was commissioned by GLOBO and TV Globo.
According to the poll, 20% of respondents consider that neither of the two ministers has acted correctly, while 25% did not know how to answer the question. The margin of error of the poll is two percentage points.
The poll also indicated that 73% of respondents stated they knew about the current clash between Moraes and Mendonça, which involves the disclosure of messages exchanged between the two ministers. The article mentions that distrust in the STF grew ten points amid the crisis at the Court.
