The Portuguese group Purever will invest 20 million euros in building a factory in India through a partnership with a local Indian company. This investment represents a significant expansion of the Portuguese company in the Asian market.
The manufacturing unit will produce products destined for clean rooms and the technology market. Clean rooms are controlled environments used in industries such as pharmaceutical, electronics and biotechnology, where it is essential to minimize the presence of particles and contaminants.
The partnership with the local Indian company will allow Purever to leverage the infrastructure and knowledge of the Indian market to establish this new production unit. The Indian technology market has been growing considerably in recent years.
The factory should become operational in 2027, in an investment aimed at strengthening Purever's presence in the global sector of clean room and technology solutions.
