Rock in Rio 2026 ended this Sunday, leaving fans with a hint of nostalgia as they begin to make suggestions for the 2028 edition. The festival, which took place at Cidade do Rock, was marked by several performances that entertained the audience in attendance.
Among the fans' requests, content creator Murilo Lorran made a direct appeal to American singer Beyoncé, who has performed at the festival only once, in 2013. In a video, he said: "Come on, Beyoncé. Please, mommy, come for us. Come back, don't retire, don't."
Other artists remembered for a possible return to the line-up include Justin Bieber, who was at Rock in Rio in 2022, and Bruno Mars, who participated in the 2013 and 2024 editions. The audience shows interest in seeing these artists again at the event.
Blogger Théo Alves also joined the list of requests, requesting Madonna's presence at the next festival. The artist should be a regular fixture for 2028, especially after having packed Copacabana two years ago. Théo stated: "Madonna, come on, let's go, woman! Everyone here is crazy about you."
