PSP arrested two men, aged 26 and 24, in Lisbon, for suspected assault against two other people. The arrests were carried out in the parish of Ajuda, outside of being caught in the act, through the execution of arrest warrants.
The assaults allegedly began because one of the victims refused to give a cigarette to one of the suspects. The two arrested men allegedly attacked two people: a 69-year-old uncle and a 46-year-old nephew.
The PSP Metropolitan Command of Lisbon (Cometlis) issued a statement informing about the arrests, indicating that the two suspects were captured pursuant to arrest warrants issued for that purpose.
