The study reveals that almost half of ministers did not have specific training for the portfolio they directed. This finding raises questions about the technical preparedness of Government members for the areas assigned to them.
The publication covers a period of almost 50 years of democracy in Portugal, allowing a comprehensive analysis of the composition of the various governments that succeeded one another from 1976 to the present day.
