A projectile struck Al-Tawwal province in Saudi Arabia, near the border with Yemen, this Saturday. The attack was attributed by Saudi authorities to Houthi rebels, who are Iran-backed.
The attack left two injured and caused significant damage in the region. Among the structures damaged are a mosque, several vehicles and multiple buildings.
The offensive falls within the ongoing conflict between the Houthis and Saudi Arabia, which has supported the Yemeni government in the civil war that has devastated the country for years.
