For several months, Ukrainian forces have been carrying out these attacks practically daily, using drones to target Russian oil facilities. This strategy has been consistent and repeated over time.
As a result of these continuous attacks, Ukraine managed to significantly reduce fuel production in Russia. This decrease represents a considerable impact on the Russian energy sector.
