In 1953, the third edition of the women's rally took place, an event that allowed women to demonstrate their driving skills. The rally started at Marquês de Pombal Square, in Lisbon, and was scheduled to finish in front of the Estoril Casino.
Alice Reis Vale was the great winner of this competition, achieving the fastest time driving a vehicle of the Lancia brand. Her performance demonstrated great skill and ability in driving.
