This was the winning proposal of the 2025 Participatory Budget of the Castro Verde Municipal Council. The Participatory Budget is a mechanism that allows citizens to submit and vote on projects they would like to see implemented in their municipality.
The project was implemented through a municipal investment of approximately 21 thousand euros, demonstrating the council's commitment to responding to the choices of citizens expressed through this democratic participation process.
The initiative aims to beautify the public space and contribute to the revitalization of the historic area of the city, creating an additional attraction for those who visit or live on Rua Morais Sarmento.
