The president of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), Edson Fachin, determined that the Federal Police present, within 24 hours, information about the content extracted from the cell phone of former banker Daniel Vorcaro. The order also requests details about the current status of the seized material.
The measure was taken in response to requests made by ministers Gilmar Mendes, Cristiano Zanin, and Alexandre de Moraes. The three judges requested full access to the data contained in the device before the Supreme Court's session scheduled for next Tuesday, the 15th. The article is being updated.
