Babilônia Feira Hype, an icon of Rio fashion that launched labels like Farm, Foxton, and Via Mia, celebrates its 30 years of existence with a presence at Rock in Rio for the second consecutive year. The music festival hosts the fair at Cidade do Rock, with 20 booths that simulate a village, including a rest area, bar, and DJ performances.
A total of 50 brands of clothing, jewelry, and bags were selected for the event, divided into three groups that take turns throughout the festival days. The brands present on Saturday had also participated yesterday and return tomorrow, the final day of the event.
Instituto Muda is one of the participating brands. The brand works with reusing fabrics discarded by the fashion industry to create bags and accessories, in work carried out by approximately 300 artisans. At the brand's booth, the best-selling product was a foldable bag for R$ 69.
