Purchase of "shares above price" leads Ventura to question whether Government members have stakes in REN

Ventura questioned whether there are Government members with stakes in REN (Redes Energéticas Nacionais), following the purchase of "shares above price" related to this Portuguese energy company.

The Chega party wants to know if "the respective conflict of interest was declared in the decision that had to be made" by the Executive members involved.

The opposition parties also want to know whether notice was given to the Accounts Entity and the Transparency Entity regarding situations that may exist on this matter.

The issue arises in the context of a stock market operation involving the purchase of REN shares above their market value, raising concerns about potential conflicts of interest within the Government.
