Alexandre Santos made his debut this afternoon as head coach of Nacional in the home match against Alverca, at Estádio da Madeira, in the 5th round of Liga I. This was the first time the new coach took charge of the team following his appointment.
The only change to the starting eleven was the entry of Daniel Júnior for Léo Santos, who is injured. The new coach made no further changes to the initial lineup for this match.
In the defensive sector, Renato Marin remained in goal, protected by Chico Gonçalves, Matheus Dias, José Vítor and Wesley Gasolina. The team lined up with a more defensive structure, with the midfield completing the tactical setup.
