In China, artificial intelligence is already replacing workers in several companies, especially in creative industries. According to the current trend, projects that previously required ten people can now be carried out by only two or three, showing the significant impact of technology on the labor market.
A study conducted by ShanghaiTech University analyzed 40.01 million job postings published in China between January and April. The results revealed that 33.2% of these postings involved tasks highly exposed to artificial intelligence.
This reality is leaving many workers behind, as companies increasingly adopt AI solutions to optimize processes and reduce labor costs.
